Frequently Asked Questions

Hello. Some questions are common for everyone no matter what they are looking for. I will try to address as many of those questions as I can, but feel free to reach out if you do not see your question answered.

  • Do you accept insurance?

    • No. Currently, we do not accept insurance, and we are considered out of network. Insurance is complicated, and while we do not directly accept insurance, we can provide a "Superbill," and depending on your specific insurance, many clients find they receive a full reimbursement. It is worth a conversation with your insurance company to determine your "out-of-network" benefits.

  • What is the cost of therapy services?

    • The rate depends on the specific service. Individual Therapy sessions are $195 (per 50 min), and Relationship Therapy, for two or more individuals as a unit, sessions are $235 (per 50 min). On occasion, clients either request or need more than the typical allotted timeframe. As long as the session is still within an hour, there is no difference in price; beyond that, the extra time is prorated based on the type of service. The price will never shift without a discussion. For example, if the client requests we have a 90 min session, that will be a discussion, and there will not be a surprise regarding the cost of the service.

  • Can you reduce your price?

    • Yes! We call this "Sliding Scale". On specific occasions, we can take a small number of reduced-rate clients. This is always unique to the situation of the individual. If the rate makes therapy inaccessible, then please ask about what sliding scale is available. If a sliding scale is not currently available, then we can make recommendations to other clinicians and help find some options that will feel accessible.

  • What are hours of operation?
